kkv8 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kkv8" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the kkv8 online betting and casino service accessible at kkv8.io and all associated sub-pages, applications, and services.
• "You" / "the Player" / "Account Holder" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on kkv8 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.

• "Balance" — the total funds held in your kkv8 account wallet, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet volume that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

• "Supported Payment Methods" — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as listed on the kkv8 platform at the time of the transaction.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used for all kkv8 platform operations and scheduled events.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kkv8 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions form the complete and binding agreement between you and kkv8 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, arrangements, or understandings whether written or oral. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the kkv8 platform.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a kkv8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkv8 does not permit access to or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of local legal age requirements for gambling.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or other entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register or have an active self-exclusion request with kkv8.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close associate of kkv8 or any affiliated company, studio partner, or service provider of the platform.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kkv8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any detail changes. kkv8 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by you.

• Your registered mobile number must be a valid Bangladeshi number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kkv8 support immediately at [email protected].
• kkv8 may at its sole discretion refuse any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

5 Deposits

Deposits to your kkv8 account may be made using any of the supported payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made using a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change at kkv8's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your kkv8 wallet balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside kkv8's control.
• kkv8 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance. Contact [email protected] promptly if you believe a deposit was made in error.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your kkv8 account are subject to the following conditions. kkv8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times for other payment methods may vary.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Where your most recent deposit was made via bKash or Nagad, the withdrawal will be directed to the same bKash or Nagad number where operationally possible.
• Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals at higher amounts may require additional verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page. kkv8 reserves the right to set maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day.
• kkv8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending a review of account activity where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not appear as withdrawable balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kkv8 may from time to time offer bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing account holders. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus activity are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement applicable to a bonus is stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Where no wagering requirement is stated, the default requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses expire within the period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• kkv8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical errors.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, or the use of automated betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other real-money wagers placed on the kkv8 platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed on the platform. kkv8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where permitted by specific in-play betting rules or where an error in the odds is identified by kkv8.
• kkv8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price. An erroneous price is one that is materially different from the market price at the time the bet was placed and was caused by a technical error or data feed failure.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome was known at the time of placement — whether due to a system error or otherwise — will be voided.
• kkv8 may impose maximum bet limits on specific markets. These limits are set at kkv8's sole discretion and may be applied to individual accounts without prior notice.
• All game outcomes in the kkv8 Casino are determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer play from regulated studio environments. kkv8 does not guarantee any specific outcome on any bet or game.
• Results for BPL matches, IPL fixtures, and all other cricket and sports markets are determined by the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB, BCCI, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a dispute, the official result of the relevant governing body is final.

9 Responsible Gaming

kkv8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kkv8 account holders and can be activated from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in and playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). No bets or deposits can be placed during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your kkv8 account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum period specified. Contact [email protected] to initiate a self-exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits kkv8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Account Termination

You may close your kkv8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after verification checks are completed.

kkv8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of automated software, bots, or exploits to interact with the platform.
• Account activity that kkv8 reasonably believes violates applicable law.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by kkv8.

13 Changes to These Terms

kkv8 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as an account holder — kkv8 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account, or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or additions that expand your rights as a player, may be made without advance notice.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any dispute is the version that governs that dispute.
